To increase the visibility and number of citations of the articles published in the Journal of Current Science and Technology (JCST), we are delighted to announce that from Volume 11, 2021 onward the journal has changed the frequency of publication from biannual to triannual; 3 issues per year (January, May and September), and the numbers of articles published in each issue would be increased gradually.
Manuscripts received before September 30 (of the current year) will have a very high tendency to get published in the upcoming January Issue.
Manuscripts received before October 31 (of the current year) will have a very high tendency to get published in the upcoming May Issue.
Similarly, manuscripts received before December 31 (of the current year) will have a very high tendency to get published in the upcoming September Issue.

Journal of Current Science and Technology (JCST) has officially discontinued the print version of the journal. The last IN PRINT JCST (ISSN 2630-0583) was Volume 9 Number2, July-December 2019, allowing the Journal to focus on its online-only version from January 2020 onward.
The journal will continue publishing high-quality peer reviewed articles in strictly electronic form [ISSN 2630-0656 (Online)] which can be easily accessed on the web.

The 8th TCI-TRF-Scopus Collaboration Project
On 9th January 2020, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chatchai Trakulrungsi ( the editor-in-chief of JCST) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Paniti Netinantwere (the associate editor of JCST) invited to attend "The 8th TCI-TRF-Scopus Collaboration Project" by the Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI) at the Jupiter 4-5 Rooms, IMPACT Challenger, Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi, Thailand.
The meeting aims to report the progress on TCI-TRF-Scopus Collaboration Project, to inform the criterion and guidance for the quality evaluation after entering the Scopus database (as well-known Scopus Re-evaluations) as well as guidelines for quality development and impact of academic journals to raise the quartile of the journals along with details of the international publication ethics from Prof. Dr. Peter Brimblecombe (the Scopus Subject Chair for Environmental Science).

JCST is placed in Tier 1 of TCI 4th Round
Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI) just announced its fourth round of evaluation over 700 Thai Journals and made an online announcement on January 6, 2020. Journal of Current Science and Technology (JCST) successfully passed the Thai Citation Index (TCI) 4th round of evaluation and is now place in tier 1 (only 178 Thai Journals) , valid until December 31, 2023.

Journal of Current Science and Technology (JCST) was renamed from Rangsit Journal of Arts and Sciences (RJAS) in 2018. The first issue of JCST, Vol. 8 No. 1, was published in print (ISSN 2630-0583) and online (ISSN 2630-0656) on the 29th of June 2018.
